Solar Eclipse at 28° Aquarius

Eclipse Aspects: Squares Uranus in Taurus, conjunct North Node and Venus

This eclipse is in the last degrees of Aquarius which we consider a “critical degree” in astrology. That alone speaks of a turning point or redirection. It is also at a ‘cancer degree’, sitting with the north node (destiny) and Venus (love, money, values, beauty) as also in a harsh aspect to Uranus (sudden shifts).

Eclipses in mythology were described as dragons swallowing the Sun. Something is consumed so something new can emerge.
