This week brings a serious, karmic Full Moon in Capricorn on 10 July at 18° and the Sun at 18° Cancer. The Moon full moon will square the sign its ruler is sitting in - Saturn in early Aries. It’s cutting. No emotion. No second chances. This is a week of endings with final consequences.

Capricorn rules systems, fathers, leaders, companies, rules, institutions, banks, governments. When the Moon here is in tension with its ruler (Saturn), it removes structure that’s no longer stable. Something or someone with power is falling. This could be a public figure, a CEO, a father, a political leader or even a actual death in the news.

This lunation is also called the 'Buck Moon' according to Native American mythology, which was traditionally the time when male deer start growing new antlers. In astrology, that translates to this: if something ends, it’s to prepare for stronger growth. But not now - later. First, the clean up.

Uranus is the planet of disruption, invention, rebellion, and sudden change, and it moves into the sign of Gemini where it will stay until 2033, other than it's brief retrograde back into Taurus. Traditionally, Uranus breaks what’s stagnant. It rules revolutions, electricity, innovation, genius, shocks, and things that happen without warning. On a global scale, Uranus brings uprisings, system collapses, tech breakthroughs, and social waves that can’t be reversed.

Gemini rules communication, movement, speech, trade, travel, education, and the nervous system. It’s fast, clever, scattered, diverse and curious. Globally, Gemini speaks to the media, public messaging, transport systems, education models, journalism, and information exchange.

When Uranus moves through Gemini, the world’s conversations shift quickly, and often radically. It's where language becomes a weapon, a tool, or a revolution.
